Castle Employment Agency Ltd shortlisted for the 2017 IRP Awards.
Jordana Renshaw has been shortlisted for Best Newcomer of the Year at the 2017 IRP Awards.
Now in its ninth year, the IRP Awards are the only recruitment sector awards hosted and awarded by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC). Unmatched in prestige, the IRP Awards present a unique platform upon which to celebrate the successes of the brightest recruitment professionals and companies within the UK.
Jordana is an experienced recruitment consultant within the Castle Business Support team specialising in the recruitment of temporary and key support professionals within the Yorkshire region.
Jordana joined Castle in July 2015 after 10 years of working within a sales and marketing based role. Her experience covers senior support, sales administration and digital marketing and customer service, giving her a unique insight into clients’ needs. Jordana is exceptional at servicing key and high-volume accounts and is clearly able to react to the temporary market as rapidly as it requires.
Jordana prides herself on forming long-term working relationships with both her candidates and clients by delivering a quality driven and honest service.
REC chief executive Kevin Green said:
“We’ve been hugely impressed by the quality of entries this year, which shows how highly these awards are valued by recruiters. Our members change lives and help businesses succeed, and the IRP Awards are an opportunity to celebrate the positive impact our industry makes. There’s so much talent within recruitment – the shortlisted individuals and companies are real ambassadors for the high standards we expect.”
“I feel really privileged to have been shortlisted for this award having only been in the industry for 2 years. I have found it a rewarding and fulfilling career so far. Thanks to my directors, colleagues, clients and candidates for their support in this time”.
Kerry Hope, Castle Managing Director said:
“We are delighted that Jordana has been recognized as excellent in her category of Best Newcomer. She was new to recruitment when she joined Castle and worked very hard to upskill herself into an excellent consultant delivering great results for both clients and candidates.
