CLIENT WIN WITH LEADING SPORTING CHARITY FOR YORKSHIRE TELECOMS FIRM
Fast growing Leeds telephony, internet and mobile firm The Technology Group has secured an exciting project with North Yorkshire Sport.
The project will see The Technology Group install the Harrogate-based charity’s new phone system infrastructure and a private hosted platform to support 19 users.
As part of the agreement, The Technology Group will supply North Yorkshire Sport with a fully managed solution to improve collaboration including a video/audio conferencing bridge to facilitate effective remote communication.
Ongoing maintenance support via a web-based management console also forms part of the agreement.
The state of the art 3CX telephony platform will improve collaboration across North Yorkshire Sport which actively promotes and encourages participation in sport and physical activity in communities across the county.
The Technology Group’s managed communications customer base spans a wide range of sectors with notable clients including Red’s True barbecue restaurants, Rugby School, NHS leadership Academy, Leeds Mencap Charity, Ligentia and Maddison Lee Recruitment.

North Yorkshire Sport Chief Executive David Watson, adds, “We are delighted to be working with The Technology Group on our new phone system. This will allow us to offer an improved service to our partners and provide a dedicated ‘customer’ phone line for our new building, the Bilton Health and Well Being Hub.
“Being able to host conference and video calls will help us to reduce our carbon footprint and offer a fast and effective way supporting people to become more active in their everyday lives.”
Work has started on the new system design, and it is scheduled for installation in June.
