Leading consultancy to run workshop on digital tax
PD Tax Consultants invite you to our Preparing for Making Tax Digital workshop where we will discuss the upcoming changes and answer any queries you may have.
Under the new Making Tax Digital (“MTD”) rules, from 1 April 2019 VAT-registered businesses will be required to keep digital financial records and submit VAT returns using HMRC-compatible software.
With less than four months to go, it is vital that you are aware of your obligations relating to the new requirements and to ensure that your business is compliant in time for the roll-out of the new rules.
To help prepare you for MTD, we will lead a workshop which will provide with you a background to the government’s MTD initiative and arm you with the tools to ensure that your business is compliant by the deadline.
The workshop will cover how MTD will affect your business, appropriate software for the changes, penalties for not complying and MTD accounts. The event will be led by Paul Davison, the principal of PD Tax Consultants.
The workshop will be held at Weetwood Hall on Friday 8th February 2019, from 8:00 AM to 10 AM with refreshments provided on arrival.
We are also offering a free one-hour consultation to all attendees so you can talk through any tax issues or concerns you and/or your business may be facing.
