St James Securities are taking a quality refurbished office on the third floor.
“The six-storey Airedale House is now almost full, with only one final suite of 2,718 sq ft now available on the fifth floor. Other occupiers include Optical Express, The Princes Trust and landlord GM Legato,” he added.

The move will keep our business located in the heart of Leeds, close to the train station and civic and business quarters. We will remain accessible for our clients and consultants, whilst being in the retail part of the city providing great amenities for our staff and visitors.”
