The FDP Group are proud to be a continued sponsor, design, print and website partner for the Time to Shine Awards.
Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust has launched the awards to recognise and celebrate the achievements of its staff and provides the opportunity for teams to receive recognition for their work. The 12 different award categories represented the values of The Leeds Way from collaborative working to improving quality and safety. This year, introduced a new award in memory of Dr Kate Granger – The Kate Granger Memorial Award for Improving Patient Experience presented by Chris Pointon.
On Friday 3rd March the FDP team attended this special event and invited along affiliations, Matthew Lord and Dr Peter Hollands from the Wide Cells Group PLC and Yvonne Coghill (OBE) Director of Workforce Race Equality Standard Implementation team from NHS England.
All attendees witnessed the hard work from The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust team and members of staff who continuously work above and beyond what’s expected in providing high quality care. It was a truly inspirational evening for everyone involved. With a proven track record of continued partnerships with several NHS organisations; The FDP Group were able to advise the trust ensuring the awards had the stature and kudos to accompany the high expectations of such an event.
The FDP Group has developed the Time to Shine Awards, brand, identity and accompanying printed communication collateral. Continuously, looking to evolve systems, this year we helped the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust turn digital and advanced the awards to an online system.
The Group delivered a fully digitalised system, which allowed the user to take a photograph of any hand written nomination to then upload and judge without them having to be manually typed in; saving time and essential resources.
The new system made the judging process quick and easy for the user, they were able to judge online at their own convenience. This also allowed the judging administrators to simply run reports from the judging system.
Jo Hartigan, Communication Manager for The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, expressed her recommendation for their work. “The FDP team go the extra mile and know our brand inside out and they champion the brand when dealing with other departments. With 17,000 staff across 6 sites we are confident that the FDP team will design on brand collateral for our teams.”
If you attended Friday evening’s event you will have experienced the innovative thinking towards this creative brand and the high quality printed collateral that contributes towards the overall impact and style of this fantastic event.
The FDP Group hope to continue this partnership with The Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust and support this honourable event.
