Andrea Morrison launches fresh approach to female coaching and empowerment
York’s international transformational coach, Andrea Morrison, offers every woman the chance to gain confidence, resilience and fulfilment through her pioneering female-focused workshops.
Available from Monday 10 May, renowned coach Andrea Morrison will launch her unique ‘Courageous Females Programme’ designed to help women from every walk of life feel more empowered and self-assured to forever improve their lives. Last year’s engaged participants reported feeling more confident, balanced and less stressed.
Andrea’s enlightening course is an eight-week online programme that combines interactive workshops, masterclasses and reflection sessions as well as a platform for members to join an empathic and supportive online community.
Created exclusively for women, the programme is designed to help adjust the default mindset many women experience of feeling despondent and disillusioned with themselves due to their status, circumstances or achievements. The course will also reflect on how the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on many gender-inequality issues that have underpinned women’s lives over the last 12 months.
“I’m really excited to run my ‘Courageous Females Programme’ again, following fantastic feedback from the members who took part in my inaugural course in 2020. This last year’s circumstances have seen many of us put unnecessary pressure on ourselves and worry we’re not good enough at home, in the workplace, or both. This programme will help women realise they have coped better than they realise, and have the power to control their own thoughts, feelings and reactions and give them the tools to use that realisation to improve their every-day lives.
‘I’ve designed this course to enable women to permanently change how they see themselves, how to rationalise the concern they have of how they’re perceived by others, and help them quieten their inner, self-deprecating voice.
“We will work through how to not only manage the present difficulties but also establish how to move forward, beyond the here and now, by instilling long-lasting, ingrained beliefs of who we are and what we’re capable of.
Andrea’s unique and effective approach provides a calm, safe space for insight and dialogue, helping women realise the possibility and achievable reality to feel capable, competent and excited about their future potential and happiness.
Before her journey into personal development Andrea was a successful Barrister and knows only too well the pressures of juggling an incredibly stressful career and raising a young family, which eventually led to her burn-out. This is why she is so passionate about enabling others to tap into their innate capacity to break free from whatever may be holding them back.
During the course, which kicks off on Monday 10th May, attendees can take part in 3 hours of weekly sessions, consisting of a mix of a focussed module, a masterclass and an interactive reflection session. The programme can be joined live or accessed through a recording of the session for up to two weeks after the event, offering real flexibility to the delegates to fit the programme into often time-demanding lives.
The course is a total of 24 hours of engaging coaching and through the Early, Early Bird offer costs just £199, which is available until Wednesday 31st March.
