Bond Dickinson Leeds lawyers ranked in ‘Acritas Stars’ global database
A new database of ‘star lawyers’ around the world was launched yesterday and nine of Bond Dickinson’s lawyers have been included due to outstanding client feedback. Three of these lawyers are in the firm’s Leeds office.
Jackie Gray, Public Sector Partner, Nigel Williams, Corporate Finance Partner and Patrick Cantrill, Partner and Head of Intellectual Property were recognised for their expertise, commercial acumen and the ability to make the complex simple.
The Acritas Stars database has been compiled through interviews with nearly 4,000 general counsel and other senior leaders at legal departments around the world. This is part of the broader legal market insights survey Acritas conduct every year, called Sharplegal, in which Bond Dickinson regularly ranks amongst the Top 20 firms.
One of the questions introduced this year was whether the General Council had worked with a lawyer in the last year who had really stood out to them and these responses have formed the database.
The other Bond Dickinson lawyers to be recommended by clients and feature in the database are:
Graham Jeffries, Banking Partner is one of only six UK lawyers to be ranked in the Top 30 globally with three distinct recommendations from clients
Robert Phillips, Corporate Partner
David Rewcastle, Partner and Head of Transport and Infrastructure
Kevin Bell, Corporate Partner
Sebastian Briggs, Corporate Partner
Cole Stacey, Associate, Banking and Finance
Additionally, since opening in 2012 Bond Dickinson’s Leeds office is continuing to grow following a significant number of new appointments. The office has also seen a successful year following the publication of the 2017 Chambers Guide to Law firms and the Legal 500 rankings with the firm’s legal expertise, broad sector experience and excellent service to clients has been noted throughout the directories.
