Freeths Northern presence continues to grow
Freeths has seen significant growth in its Yorkshire offices with the appointment of three senior members of staff. This strengthens the already excellent depth and breadth of Freeths northern service provision.
Andy Francey recently joined the Leeds office as a Partner in the corporate team. Andy advises on the full spectrum of corporate matters as well as advising on banking transactions, advising both borrowers and lenders on facilities and security matters.
Joining Andy in Leeds is Nigel Bolton, a Partner in the firm’s pensions department. Nigel joins from Irwin Mitchell and heads up the Pensions team in the Leeds office. His widespread experience includes advising employers of all size and IFAs.
In Sheffield, Mark Gudgeon has joined the Dispute Resolution team. Mark has experience in the private and public sector and is recognised as a “Next Generation Lawyer” in the Legal 500.
John May, Managing Partner for Leeds and Sheffield, commented: “It is a great boost for our Yorkshire offices to have made these appointments. All three of these lawyers bring a vast amount of skill and experience to the firm and will add to the great offering we already have. Yorkshire is a vibrant, growing market and I am sure Andy, Nigel and Mark will all thrive at Freeths.”
