  • Online CPD the smart solution for growing start-up FluidIT

    FluidIT, a Yorkshire-based IT management consultancy, has grown to a 15-strong team since their move into the Leeds Digital Hub in 2017. As the business expanded, employee development emerged as a key focus. Leap like a Salmon, professional development experts and Digital Hub co-workers, stepped in to support the growing company.

FluidIT employees look to work out of their Leeds office one day a week. The Leap CPD Hub allows FluidIT staff to connect with managers online and to personalise their professional development.

    Working in collaboration with Leap, FluidIT consultant Andrew Charteris customised the CPD Hub in line with their goals and objectives, including plans and templates for feedback and appraisals.
