Oscrete appoints new Operations Director
Oscrete Construction Products, a division of Christeyns, has announced the appointment of Scott Wilson as Operations Director.
Industry professional Scott Wilson has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and joins Oscrete to take on the role of Operations Director, currently held by Danny Kilgallon, who will be retire at the end of this month.
Based in Bradford, Oscrete is one of the UK’s leading specialist construction chemical suppliers, manufacturing a comprehensive range of concrete admixtures for the pre-cast and ready-mix markets.
Originally from Aberdeen, Scott has worked with building materials manufacturers across the UK and most recently was Regional Sales Director for Interface. He brings with him a wealth of experience and an in-depth knowledge of the building materials and cement industry.
In his new role, Scott will be responsible for the sales and operations of the Oscrete portfolio nationally and also in Ireland, overseeing a team of sales managers and technicians. Under Danny Kilgallon’s guidance, the company has seen significant growth in recent years and Scott will take over this role to lead the continued development of Oscrete’s product portfolio and market share.

Danny Kilgallon has been with the company for over ten years and will remain with Oscrete as a Non-Executive Director for the coming 18 months.
Scott holds an MA (Hons) in Business Organisation from Heriot-Watt University and recently completed the Sales Director programme at Cranfield School of Management. He lives in Rawdon Leeds and when not at work enjoys keeping fit, playing squash competitively for Chapel Allerton Squash Club.
