Schofield Sweeney invests in future talent
Schofield Sweeney continues to recruit, nurture and retain the best talent as part of its investment in and expansion of its legal expertise.
The Yorkshire based law firm invests heavily in its staff and prides itself on being the first choice of employment for its trainees when they finish their training, as well as recruiting new trainees.
Four new trainees have joined this month. In Leeds, Faima Ali joins the property team while Holly Pickerell joins the firm’s commercial team. Rachael Bradbury begins her trainee career with the property team in Bradford and Ethan Turner starts his training in the corporate team in Huddersfield.
Kerry Williams and Elizabeth Foster who trained with the firm have recently become qualified solicitors. Kerry takes on a role as a solicitor in our private client team in Huddersfield while Elizabeth has qualified into our dispute resolution team in Leeds.
“Schofield Sweeney is delighted to have recruited such great talent. We welcome four new trainees and congratulate our newly qualified solicitors who trained with us. We put a great deal of time and resource into finding, nurturing and retaining quality junior talent and we are very proud of both the training we provide and our juniors who play an important role in the success and ongoing development of the firm.” Luisa D’Alessandro, Partner and Training Principal
“Schofield Sweeney is a friendly firm which undertakes really high-quality work. The firm has everything that I wanted from a commercial law firm, with a structured training contract and lots of opportunities for growth.” Elizabeth Foster, Trainee Solicitor.
Developing and increasing the firm’s expertise plays a huge part in its ongoing success, employing over 160 members of staff across three offices.
