Ware & Kay Solicitors announces new appointment
Leading law firm Ware & Kay Solicitors has added another Solicitor to its team in York with the return appointment of Bella O’Keeffe to its Wills & Probate Department.
Bella brings many years of experience and knowledge on a broad range of matters. These range from the preparation of Wills, creation of trusts, estate planning, taxation, Lasting Powers of Attorney (which help clients protect against the difficulties that arise with finances or personal decisions if mental capacity is lost), Court of Protection applications and care home fee planning and the administration of estates after someone has died.
As a graduate of the University of Hull and the University of Law in York, Bella gained extensive experience and knowledge at Ware & Kay which she originally joined back in 2011and qualified as a Solicitor in 2015. After spending a brief period of time with another York practice she has decided to return to Ware & Kay. Bella is currently working towards the STEP (Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners) Diploma in Trusts & Estates.
