Willmott Dixon’s Management Trainee scheme was first established in 1979 and continues to be the leading trainee scheme within the construction industry. Many of its current directors and senior managers started as management trainees and have progressed through the nurturing and investment it has made to develop their careers, including CEO Rick Willmott.

We have one of the most established and successful Management Trainee programmes in the industry as we have been nurturing, developing and fulfilling potential for over 36 years in this way. Some of our most talented Management Trainees now sit on the mainboard and many are now in Senior Managerial roles so this is a structured, fast-track route to managing in one of the most forward-thinking construction and property companies in the UK.
Every September we take on between 30-40 trainees across our UK offices. These vacancies have just gone live on the Willmott Dixon website and the closing date is the 15th of November, after the video interview stage the assessment centres will be taking place between January and February.
