Working together for success…
Back in September 2017, Castle Employment were delighted to announce that the bulk of their operations had moved to a new, state-of-the-art office at Newchase Court on the Eastfield Business Park. However, two core divisions – Hospitality and Cleaning, Industrial and Construction along with our Accounts team stayed at the York Place, Scarborough Office as these were the divisions that had the most candidates ‘calling in’ to the office, so Castle felt it was right that they should stay in the town centre for the time being.
Due to the team’s rapid expansion over the last few years which has seen the Castle team grow to 47 and counting – Castle are excited to announce they have expanded the Newchase Court office to now accommodate all of our divisions!
As the business expands throughout Yorkshire, the new location should now be much more accessible: the Newchase Court office is right on the A64, and just two minutes from Seamer train station.
So, what will happen to the York Place Office that has housed the Castle Team since 1966?
Well, It’s not quite the end of an era! They are going to enable all of the divisions the flexibility to work from the York Place Office so that they can continue to offer registration appointments to those unable to access the new office.
From Monday 9th December 2019, the York Place Office in Scarborough will only be open from 9am-1pm and 2pm-5pm with registrations by appointment only.
Tina Tout; Manager of both the Industrial and Hospitality divisions is thrilled with the move and commented – “It’s another stage in the evolution at castle. I have been here for 13 years and we have grown significantly in the last 5 years. As a business we need one main office for all the staff to work together, we are using York Place as a satellite office to ensure we still meet candidates in town if they can’t access Eastfield.”
