Yorkshire Building Society retains family friendly employer status

Yorkshire Building Society has been named – for the third year running – as one of the top UK employers for building flexible, family friendly workplaces.

The Society is named in the top 30 employers by charity Working Families after competing with large and small public and private sector organisations to gain a place on the list.

It features alongside organisations such as American Express, Public Health England and Deloitte after continuing to embed and change the culture encouraging colleagues to find the right work-life balance.
